Steep and dramatic mountains are towering in the background and are slightly obfuscated by low clouds as dawn breaks and sunrays pierce through the cloud cover. A stream snakes its way down the fjord valley, revealing an ornate stave-church on the far riverbed. In the foreground stands King Ragnar Lothbrok and Queen Lagertha in regal Viking attires, defiant expressions upon their faces, draped with wolf fur tippets and Viking-style royal jewellery. King Ragnar rests his ornate sword on his shoulder, while Lagertha has her weapon sheathed. They both have long braided hair, the sides of their heads are shaved. A band of orderly Viking soldiers march from the distant Longhouse alongside the river, carrying a regal red banner with a gold lion embroidered on it, each Viking soldier is equipped with ceremonial Viking round shields and long spears.
