Void. The beginning and the end of everything. It is “outside” the hierarchy of the structure of the world, rather, Initiality as such. Void is the measure of all things, their absence and presence, both in thought and in “without”-thought. The starting point of “non-existence.” Exists and does not exist at the same time, is both the space of thought, self-consciousness and suchness, and an independent plane of being. Emptiness is the beingness of the world, combining both sides: continuity and discontinuity, time that is “not yet” or “no longer”, point and line simultaneous. Often by emptiness is meant not what does not exist, but what we cannot see/understand.
